Wrrapd Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Wrrapd’s website, browser extension, account features, and gift-wrapping related services.

1. Scope of Service

These Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Wrrapd website, browser extension, account features, gift-wrapping, personalization, fulfillment coordination, and related services provided by Wrrapd Inc. (“Wrrapd,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your purchase of any underlying retail product is governed by the applicable retailer’s own terms, policies, pricing, shipping rules, and return rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Wrrapd.

3. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Your use of Wrrapd is subject to our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to receive account notices and service information electronically.

4. Limited Agency Appointment

When you use the Wrrapd browser extension and click the agreement button, you appoint Wrrapd Inc. as your limited agent and attorney-in-fact solely for the purpose of helping navigate supported retailer interfaces and entering delivery or service information at your direction. Wrrapd acts only at your specific direction and under your supervision.

5. Retailer Platform Risk and Account Health

Retailer policies regarding third-party agents, automation, checkout assistance, delivery destinations, and account activity may change. You assume risks related to your retailer account status, retailer flags, delivery limitations, or the possible voiding of retailer-specific guarantees once an item is delivered to a Wrrapd-designated hub or location.

6. Description of Service

Wrrapd provides professional exterior gift-wrapping and may offer personalized options such as messages, custom or AI-assisted designs, tags, flowers, delivery coordination, video proof, and related enhancements.

7. Fees and Taxes

Service fees, membership fees, delivery fees, discounts, and applicable taxes are displayed at the time of selection or checkout where applicable. By completing an order, you agree to pay those amounts.

8. Delivery Timelines

Using Wrrapd may add time to a retailer’s original delivery estimate. Additional time may be required for intake, wrapping, customization, quality control, video proof, and outbound delivery.

9. Third-Party Delays

Wrrapd is not responsible for delays caused by retailers, third-party sellers, carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, payment issues, inventory issues, or other events outside Wrrapd’s control.

10. Video Audit Trail

Wrrapd may provide video proof or other records showing receipt, unpackaging, wrapping, customization, and/or handoff to an outbound carrier. These records are used to document service fulfillment.

11. No Product Inspection

Wrrapd does not guarantee inspection of the underlying retail product for defects, authenticity, missing parts, sizing, compatibility, or correctness. Product issues must be addressed with the retailer or seller.

12. Product Issues and Returns

All issues relating to the underlying product, including returns, exchanges, warranties, defects, recalls, or incorrect items, must be handled through the retailer’s standard channels. You remain responsible for initiating retailer returns where available.

13. Refund Policy

Gift-wrapping and service fees are non-refundable once the wrapping or service process has begun, except in limited cases such as damage to the gift-wrap itself during transit or failure by Wrrapd to ship or complete the service within a promised Wrrapd-controlled window.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Wrrapd for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes, and not to submit false information, violate retailer rules, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer or misuse Wrrapd systems.

15. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrrapd disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Wrrapd’s total liability is limited to the service fee you paid for the applicable Wrrapd service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrrapd Inc. and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your retailer purchase, the condition or quality of the underlying product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in St. Petersburg, Florida. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

Wrrapd may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at https://www.wrrapd.com/terms/. Continued use of Wrrapd after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
